Over the years I’ve purchased several cars from independent dealers. All appear trustworthy until something goes wrong….and then things can get tricky and you sometimes feel abandoned. Although a hard to pin down suspension knocking noise did occur during the warranty period, Andrew had the car back and his mechanic spent some time investigating it. I didn’t mind this as a local garage hadn’t been able to pinpoint the problem. In the end it turned out to be a shock absorber, which Andrew had replaced and then had the car delivered 35 miles back to me. I feel Andrew/Andmarc gave the sort of after sales service I would want from every independent dealer. Contacted Andrew about a BMW Convertable he advertised for sale. he was very approachable and honest from the outset. Everything was clearly explained about vehicle's history, and I drove from Watford to Winchester to view the vehicle, which I found to be as described, probably even better, it was immaculate. Purchase was made, the whole process was dealt with very professionally, one of the best car sales representatives.

We bought a lovely, pristine condition, low mileage, 2008 Hyundai from Andrew. He was nothing but professional and accommodating during the sale.
After a test drive of the vehicle, we noticed that the clutch was on its way out. Knowing this, we negotiated with Andrew to knock off a little from the price, and we sold the car on the condition that he would help us out when it did eventually require the replacement. That time came a couple of months later, and Andrew stepped up and was more than happy to help us out. True to his word. A true gem and a breath of fresh air in the world of second-hand car dealers.
